The application is a tool used to help in the archiving of hardcopies of documents, whereby the documents are stored in units (typically plastic bags), the units in bins (typically carton boxes) and the bins in locations (typically a rack system). it allows scanning the documents with a barcode reader, and prints the necessary bar-coded labels and content lists to facilitate the handling of the documents, units and bins afterwards.
